60ml Ballina Triarach
30ml Rosso (Sweet) Vermouth
Few dashes of Angostura bitters
Luxardo or brandied cherries

Method:

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the whiskey, vermouth and bitters. Stir and strain into a chilled glass. Stir in a spoonful of the juice from the cherries and garnish.
