Nothing we do at Ballina is rushed because we believe that making truly great whiskey takes time.

We double and triple distil in small batches using 100% Irish malted barley, slowing down the distillation process and fermenting for a long period to give our spirit its unique body, flavour and fruit forward profile. We then mature onsite to ensure it captures the essence of our unique West Ireland terroir.
