IRISH WHISKEY SOUR

50ml Ballina Dúbailte
25ml lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar syrup
½ medium egg (just the white)
Lemon slice / Luxardo cherry to garnish
2 dashes of Beara aromatic bitters
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add a handful of ice and shake again for a minute. Strain into your chosen glass and garnish.
